The Premier Soccer League rookies Chippa United have reportedly fired their fifth coach of the season on Thursday.

Wilfred Mugeyi, who succeeded Farouk Abrahams earlier this year, was shown the doors just a day after his side lost 2-1 to SuperSport United at Lucas Moripe Stadium.

Meanwhile, Mugeyi confirmed his exit from the Chilli Boys with Soccer-Laduma.

“Unfortunately, there’s no more going forward because I got sacked today (Thursday)," he told Laduma Official Website.

"You are the first to know that. I wasn’t told the reason. Chippa sent Wanda (Mbenguzana) to tell me the news. Roger has been fired as well,” he said.

The Mother City outfit made headlines earlier in the season following the news of axing Manqoba Mngqithi after two games in the start of their maiden Premier Soccer League campaign.

With only six games remaining, Chippa United are placed at the bottom of the log with 16 points, and seems to be the firm relegation candidates.

Former Bafana Bafana captain Aaron Mokoena was only 12-years-old when Boipatong massacre took place in the township of Boipatong in 1992.

Over 40 people were killed and many were injured in the attack which was carried out by armed men from the residence KwaMadala Hostel.

In an interview with Robert Marawa on Metro FM, Mokoena admitted that he has no idea where he would have been today if it was not for his mom.

"I see my mom as a queen, I am what I am today because of her. I will never forget the day of Boipatong massacre in my life," he said.

"My Mother had to dress me with my sister's clothes and we had to hide in the community hall," said Mokoena.

Mbazo was raised by a single mother following a tragic loss of his father when he was still young and he had to make vital decisions in life.

Aaron Mokoena represented the national team in more than 100 occasions and he is the youngest player to have played for Bafana Bafana as he made his debut at the age of 18.

Prior to the 2010 Fifa World Cup, Mokoena was heavily criticised by football supporters, however the hard tackling defender said he never had problems with people who criticises him.

The 32-year-old is now playing for Bidvest Wits after spending many years in England playing for Portsmouth and Blackburn Rovers in a move which he describe as a Lifelong ambition.

Siyanda Xulu has finally joined the Russian side Rostov after a long running complex discussion about the youngster’s contract.

Xulu's deal was finalised just in time before the transfer window was shut on Wednesday night.

Following a delay in the transfer of Bafana Bafana centre-back, the Brazilians have since acquired negative connotation of not interested in releasing talented players to other teams.

Speaking to the club's official website, Kabelo Mosito said Sundowns should not be blamed for the delay.

“The reports yesterday were clearly a case of the journalist not allowing the facts to get into the way of what he thought was a good story," Sundowns spokesperson Kabelo Mosito told the club's official website.

"Xulu knew what was happening, and his agent knew what was happening, so to blame Sundowns was disingenuous,” he added.

Earlier this week, Sundowns accused Rostov of stalling the deal to transfer central defender by sending back a contract containing new clauses which were not part of the agreement.

The 20-year-old's departure leaves more danger in Mamelodi Sundowns' defence which proved to be underperforming this season.

Siyanda Xulu joined Sundowns in 2009 from Kaizer Chiefs development structures. He will be remembered for his goal in the 2009/2010 season when he scored a winner as Mamelodi Sundowns edged Kaizer Chiefs 2-1 at a packed Moses Mabhida Stadium.
